A broker/carrier assigned us to United Transport LLC for cross-country shipment of our new (-ish) VW Beetle Convertible. Our driver, Edward, was courteous and punctual. He picked up in Seattle exactly on time and delivered the vehicle to us 3 days early in Northeast Florida! We had contracted for an open transport, but United Transport LLC upgraded us to an enclosed one for no extra cost. Edward took great care of our vehicle, even covering the light-colored convertible top to prevent staining. Thanks to him, it was a very pleasant experience. And one I'd happily repeat the next time I find the perfect vehicle far away from home. Thank you, Edward.
