My broker Mark Lajti, has been more than helpful every time I use him. He has excellent communication skills and keeps me updated more than I had expected. This is the reason I continue to use him and refer other customers to him. He is very respectful, prompt and very accurate on his quotes and pick-up times. He is sensitive to my needs as far as time and costs and always looks for the best deals for me if I have time. If I am in a hurry for a vehicle, I understand the cost may be a little higher and I understand that, however, working with someone across the country whom I have never met is a pleasure. I will continue to use Mark Lajti's and US Transport services for our transport needs. All the driver's who have delivered vehicles to us have been respectful, professional, and have delivered all vehicles undamaged and in a timely manner with great communication themselves. Thank you to Mark and US Transport for a very professional business relationship.
