My fiance and I were relocating and needed a way to move both cars and all of our belongings in one trip so we looked into transporting and came across this company. I checked it out on bbb before I called and was satisfied with the ratings, so we decided to give them a call. I first requested an online quote and then called to get more info after the quote. For the first few days there was alot of phone tag between Deena and myself, but when we finally got to talk she was extremely helpful. She was not pushy or rude(that helped because I was nervous about the whole thing). She went over the entire process, deposits and all. I booked in October for December so I had not spoke to anybody for a while before my scheduled transport. When I booked I was told that I would hear from my driver within 24 hours of making the reservation and I never did. I called Deena and expressed my concerns she called the driver for me and eased my mind that I had nothing to worry about. Finally the time had come. The morning of the day before the driver was due to come I couldn't wait for a call any longer so I called the driver(Deena gave me his #) and I got no answer. About twenty minutes later he called back and we talked about about what time he thought he'd arrived and where we would meet. I live in an apartment complex so he loaded the cars at a nearby Wal-mart just to make sure that he would have enough room. It snowed the night before he came so it caused him to be an hour behind but he kept me informed the entire time. I do mean the entire time(he called me at 6 am to let me know his progress) even though it was early it was much appreciated. When


he arrived at Wal-Mart we inspected the vehicles, signed some papers, and he loaded them up, and was off to Indianapolis. I was expecting a semi-truck but he had an open three car trailer hitched to a pickup. That also made me nervous, but it was too late to turn back. I am happy to say that our cars made it safe and sound. The only thing that I didn't like but completely understand is that when you book you are told that the pickup date is not guaranteed due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, so you do have to be flexible. I was lucky enough that he did make it on the day that we scheduled though. Thanks to Deena and David the driver. He was just as nice and helpful as Deena. I would highly recommend United Routes to anyone. notes: had to put down a $225 deposit at the time of booking, driver collected $300 at final destination, driver also dropped cars off at a nearby Wal-Mart because final destination was also an apartment complex
