I did a lot of research before giving my business to United Routes. The folks that I spoke with on the phone were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They gave me a great quote, and within no time, my car was on the back of a truck and on its way from the Washington DC area to the Chicago area. The driver arrived right on time. He had checked in with me via phone while he was en route, which I really appreciated. The car was in great shape when it arrived, the transaction was easy. I'm already working with this company on another transaction and would absolutely recommend it to my friends.
