We were apprehensive since we had never shipped an auto before and we knew nothing about the process. Contacted United Transport primarily because of positive reviews by past customers. Kasey explained procedure to my satisfaction and we decided to give it a try. Got their quote and told them my time frame. The only variation to our original plan was when Kasey called 3 days before the scheduled pick-up and asked if his driver could pick up our car one day earlier than planned. Since one of my main concerns had been a delay in the pick-up date, I said "you bet !".

Their driver(s) arrived within 5 minutes of the expected time and our car arrived on time 850 miles down the road exactly on time, by sundown the next day. Kasey kept us informed the whole time and I would use them again, without hesitation.
