I chose United Routes to transport based on the link on the Cars Online web site. I chose an enclosed door-to-door transport for a 1957 Ford from Massachusetts to Texas. My experience with United Transport was excellent. I arranged for a surrogate at the loading and destination, and was able to prepay for the trip. Pickup in Massachusetts was professional and on time. Delivery in Texas was one day after the initial ETA, but within the duration that was originally quoted. Although a little out of the ordinary, I also requested the United Routes transport driver to not only unload the car, but to park it in the destination garage. The car arrived in pristine condition.

My only slightly negative comment was that I was not able to track my vehicle's position online. However, the United Routes representative was responsive to email and phone messages.

I would gladly be a repeat customer.
