very poor communication

Placed and paid for auto transport 2-1-09 Recived car 2-19-09 Would have not knowed car had been picked up, but seller called to let me know.united road sub-out to autocarry who transported car,Communation with either co.was zip.When i called no one from either co.could not tell me anything, I did recive car, I am thankful for that.sales SAID IN ADD, YOU WILL BE CALL IN ADVANCE TO ADVISE TIME, AND DATE OF DELIVERY,DRIVER called 7-10am on feb.19 HE was unloading car in LOWS PARKING LOT. VERRY POOR COMM.I will not use again.

Charles, we apoligize that you were unhappy with the services you were provided by our company. As you stated in your review, the order was placed on 2-1 and delivered on 2-19, even with unexpected carrier delay, the vehicle still delivered within the 14 business day window that was given.
