Communications were very good from my point of view. I placed the order on a Monday and had my car by Friday morning. The couple who delivered it in the great double-decker semi called me four times with status updates and they right on time with delivery. (Actually, the woman called. Wendy was very nice and very helpful.)
Overall, a really good experience. I will use them again if my car collecting continues.
