I was very happy with United Road. I had originally received a quote from another company, and it was quite high. The person at the other company and was really kind and recommended UR and they were cheaper by almost half the price. I had some concerns about United Road initially because some reviews had mentioned that the communication with the driver was lacking. I was very happy to find that both United Road and their contracted driver were actually very communicative. The driver even gave me the option of texting him for updates and he showed up right when he said he would. He was very courteous and helpful and even showed me how he tied down my car in a way that would avoid damage. I was very happy with the whole situation and would hire UR again. They took a lot of stress off my shoulders since I didn't have to make an 8 hour drive to drop off my car its destination.
