Ridiculous wait time on the phone each and every time I called. Customer service is non-existent without reading from their script. Wasted two weeks with horrible excuse after excuse as to why my vehicle couldn't be picked up. The best was when they claimed a horrible blizzard at the pickup point - yet the dealership said it was sunny.
I've used several auto transport companies - I have never had an experience as horrible as this.
Bottom line - they bid the job too low and couldn't get someone to take it. And I, the customer, suffered. Stay away.
