I have never shipped a car and was not looking forward to the experience. Called a couple of other carriers and was not impressed with rates or the people I spoke with on the telephone. I finally said O.K. to United Road. They assured me everything would be allright and it was. My granddaughter,receipent of the car was so was very happy that Jim the driver took care of everything, walking her through the process and very kind. Thanks to Jim and others that made this a good experience. Sharon McCarthy
