Dear Xao Yang,
We regret to hear of your experience with your recent auto transport. Our customers are extremely important to us, which is why we made every effort to submit your claim to the carrier's insurance company even though you were unable to provide the necessary supporting documents. Unfortunately, the carrier's insurance company denied the claim due to the fact that there was no evidence to prove that the damage happened during transit. Jessica from our customer service department did do everything possible to assist in handling the claim and was in contact with you regularly, however in a situation like yours, when there are no supporting documents to prove that the carrier caused the damage, there is only so much that can be done.
