I had my car ship through United Freight of america, they contracted Intransit to pick up my car and drop it off. Intransit sent a tow truck driver to come get my car, I had no choice but to let them take it, because if they had to set up a different date they were going to charge me an extra $100. When the tow driver came to pick up my car, we inspected my car inside and outside. No damage was noted. I had inform the company that i will not be there when my car gets there. they said it's okay and i can inspect my car after i get there, due to the fact my parents did not speak english well. when the car was delieved the driver took advantage of that, and just had my mother paid for the car and left. Once i got back to wisconsin, I inspected the car and lord behold, the inside passager back seat was torn up and the rear right door was torn up to. how the heck did this happen. I have no clue. The company said since my mother signed saying she recieved the car and nothing was wrong with it, that it was my lost and they have nothing to do with it. As a war veteran and a paying customer, this was by far the worst company i've come in counter with. Not only is this company bad, the company Intransit they contracted out is the same. Please please don't know use this company. I'm putting in a request to the military to put this company on their Black List, to warn Soldiers and Veterans not to use this company. Now i have to pay out of pocket to get my car fix. Which is a little over $1000 dollars worth of damage.

Dear Xao Yang, We regret to hear of your experience with your recent auto transport. Our customers are extremely important to us, which is why we made every effort to submit your claim to the carrier's insurance company even though you were unable to provide the necessary supporting documents. Unfortunately, the carrier's insurance company denied the claim due to the fact that there was no evidence to prove that the damage happened during transit. Jessica from our customer service department did do everything possible to assist in handling the claim and was in contact with you regularly, however in a situation like yours, when there are no supporting documents to prove that the carrier caused the damage, there is only so much that can be done. We wish you luck and if we could be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
