My experience with UFA was great from beginning to end. Jess F. was my sales rep and she was so friendly and always had such a great attitude. It was very refreshing to speak with her. I needed my car shipped on a specific date since I was leaving on a flight but needed my car available until then. I explained my situation to Jess F. and she offered a service they have called Expedited service, which is a guaranteed pick up. I paid more for this service but it was worth it as I did not have to worry about whether or not my car would get picked up on time, especially since I did not have anyone to leave the car with. Of course, my car was picked up on the day that it was promised and delivered 7 days later to my new home in Tennessee (it was coming from California). I chose UFA over all of the other companies because of how wonderful and honest Jess was. If I ever need to move again (hopefully I won’t) then I will surely call Jess at UFA.
