Jessica did an outstanding job educating me on the process! I was a little apprehensive as this was my first experience using an auto transport company but it turned out to be not only convenient and less expensive than picking it up myself, but also very plesant as the representative, Jessica N., who was cordial and humorous, kept me informed at each step of the process. The coordination and communication between the dealer, the driver, and myself was excellent!! Jessica was very nice and eased the tesnions and stress of shipping my vehicle. When I have to ship my vehicle again, I have no doubts I will call Jessica back!!!
