Jess - I just wanted to let you know what a positive experience I had shipping my vehicle from Maryland to California. This is the first time I have transported a vehicle, so I was expecting a few bumps and frustrations along the way, but I am happy to say that I experienced none of that. I was a little nervous about shipping a car 3000 miles across the country, but the vehicle was picked up and delivered exactly as scheduled. I had a very small window for delivery (between Thursday and Saturday), and the car was delivered Thursday afternoon. The dispatcher and Mel the driver from PK Line kept me informed and were very professional to speak with. My car arrived in California in the exact same condition it left Maryland 8 days prior. Thank you again for a wonderful transportation experience.
