As a 1st timer, Tina explained the whole process, pros & cons. She was very honest, professional & explained everything in a very clear, simple, understandable manner. The rates were very reasonable in comparison, no hidden fees. Pick up was timely, the driver was also very professional, honest & kept me updated on my ETA (estimated time of arrival). Delivery was sooner than I expected, right to my door step, I was very impressed. Excellent service all around. This is without a doubt the company to always go with.
