Roman, the dispatcher was incredible and picked up after the initial sales guy, Mark, lied to me, refused to answer calls or return emails. If it was not for Roman ( the dispatcher) I would have gone with another company. The gentleman that originally took the order is named Mark and should be avoided at all costs. He provides no customer service and will ignore you. Roman stepped up and corrected every issue that this Mark created, he further found a carrier for the motorcycle I bought and got it scheduled quickly. The transporter turned out to be a very positive individual that worked hard to exceed my expectations for delivery. The transporter is Gene Nutter and drives for Buds Transport. Have Roman book these guys and you will be VERY SATISFIED. Thank you Roman!!!!!!!!
