I had contracted with another company and they were slow in responding to my request. They were a little lower in cost. United sent me an email and said they had a truck in the area. They were a little more is cost. It took them a little longer than what they had said and came back with a higher cost. I countered and they then were able to secure a driver. The driver was excellent. He kept in contact all the time and got my car here 2-3 days earlier than expected. The car was very dirty but he had gone through a lot of bad weather. I would use them again. You need to keep in touch with them some. I found that I had a better response if I talked to the dispatcher direct. He was the one that did the best job.
