Took money did not pick up vehicle

They missed my pickup date twice so I called and cancelled order on answer machine of course. They called two days later and asked if I still wanted vehicle, but i already had it from another company. Then they took the $295.00 out of my account. I called 20 times and got a hold of this Sam girl four times and she said id get a full refund, well I never did. Here it is now almost two months later and their phone number no longer works and they do not return emails. Buyer beware. I now have the police involved but there is not much they can do. I’m screwed out of $295.00
