I needed to ship a car from Florida to Wisconsin and Joe assured me the driver would be there on June 1st since I needed to fly home the next day and no one would be there to meet a driver after that. The driver never showed up! I told Riahnnon that I needed to cancel my order with them and she assured me that I would get my $150.00 deposit back. I have called dozens of times and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which gives them an 'F' by the way) because it has been since June 2010 and I have yet to see my refund. In the beginning when I would call, they would be very nice and tell me it will be done on "Friday" because they run credits on Fridays which is a load of crap. After about six phone calls, they started getting snippy with me and Riahnnon told me it will take a while to process a credit because they are very busy and can't process it right away. My mistake was going with this company because they had the cheapest quote. They were $50 less than all the rest and now I know why! I have a feeling these people will be out of business very soon!
