In early Jan I schedule to move my Honda Civic with these guys from NY to CA. The pick up date was set to be 3 weeks away and and thought I was in safe hands. I was told they would contact me a week beforehand to confirm the exact date. The week of Jan 17th rolls by and nothing, I call them "oh no problem we got you scheduled for the 22nd, everything is fine we will call you tomorrow to finalize everything". Great I think, the next day nothing from them. I call them back "oh it is looking like the 22nd or 23rd now, we will call you in an hour to confirm"... nothing. You can see the picture now, they tugged me along for another 4 days, not picking up the phone, not answering email, and when I did get a hold of them (after calling them 2 per hour) they would just tell me, I just can't book anything it's hard to find drivers just wait till tomorrow...

Finally, I said enough is enough called another broker who found me a driver in 1 hour!

Pathetic liars is what I can say about these guys, I hope they don't stay in business long.
