I had to get my van to AZ ASAP as my son didn't have a car and he and his wife was expecting another child any day. The last thing my son needed was drama. We were going to ship the van earlier but he changed his mind. The other car company hemed and hawed about giving our deposit back. It wasn't until I called the Attorney General for that state did I get results. When I reviewed about 30 car carriers I went with United Auto Movers. I liked the details of their company and all that they were licensed to.

I spoke to a gentlemen named Joe who was the dispatcher. It was late Sunday night and I explained the problems with the other company and my son didn't need any drama. All I wanted was a date of pick-up and a date of delivery within one day. Joe was soooo polite even knowing I was running over his close up time. We did all the paperwork right then and there, Joe said the van will be picked up Tues. Got a call at 10 am... said they would be there in 2 hours.. Driver showed up within a 1/2 hr. All well and good... until the van didn't start... Didn't know why because it was a new battery... the driver waited about 40 minutes till I went to the store with the battery, got a new one... connected the battery and off they went. The van was delivered in 4 days which really surprised me due to the heavy snow the East was getting. My son was happy, I was happy and there was never a glitch on their part, only mine... If I ever had to ship another car... I would defintely go with United Auto Movers !
