Car was to be picked up by Mon.or earlier to be delivered by Wed. I was advised to call back early Mon. if shipper does not call with approx.pick up time with at least 1 hour notice. I did call many times Mon. mostly to answering machine and left messages which were NEVER returned. When I did get a direct answer on phone I was told they will contact shipper & get back to me which never happened. As i was flying out on Tues.I was getting anxious & was resigned to cancel contract forfeit air fare & driving. I finally got call at 8:30 in eve.they were on way to pick up car. Arrived at 8:40 PM [not 1 hour notice as advised] to pick up car. Shipper was excellent calling us to advise on delivery several times when there was slight delay due to traffic & car was delivered Wed.as requested
