Doug responded within one minute of my completion of an online form requesting a quote. 5 other quotes came within 10 minutes. Doug's quote was the lowest. He sent me the order confirmation promptly. There were some complications with the initial driver, but Doug got another driver. The cost was increased by $50 to expedite the delivery. The driver showed up late for pick up and had some mechanical difficulties with his own equipment and arrived a day late for delivery. I was persistent in my contacts with Doug to keep things moving. He responded with the same respectful persistence that I pressed him with, and got it done. Although things did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, I am very thankful to Doug for helping me get the vehicle to it's destination. All the other quotes were higher than United Auto Logistics revised cost. Thanks again Doug for getting this transport done for us.
