I originally placed an order with Premium Auto Movers that was a total disaster. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance and Premium never showed to pickup my car at the scheduled time, which was the day before my return flight. I called United American and left a message and they promptly called me the next morning and had my car picked up by 2 PM. The cost was a higher due to the urgency of the move, but it went as scheduled and the car arrived when promised with delivery driver keeping me well informed of the progress. Next time I will make my reservation with United and avoid the aggravation of dealing with Premium.
