This company is dishonest. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to book with them and then do not follow through with their promised time frame. Larry Thompson lies to you, he told me he had a driver in the area that could pick it up next day, maybe even same day since our closing time was 2200. Well that never happened, when I called to ask why they said they could not guarantee something like that, but of course their sales people are still pitching it. Over a week later the company vehicle was finally scheduled for transport and Ralph calls to tell me the time frame and what i will owe the driver. Surprise Surprise the cost I owed the driver had increased. I told him the cost was not what they had contracted for and he said he knew that but there was nothing to be done, if I did not want to pay the increased fee then our vehicle would not ship. I asked if they would honor their contracted cost and use the brokers fee to cover the additional cost but no. Please avoid this company and learn from our mistake.
