I booked originally with Mike out of Michigan. I booked with him 9/16/15 to have car picked up from me in Texas on 9/18/15 before I left town to be delivered to Florida were I would be on or around 9/21- 26. On 9/25 I still had not heard from Mike in Michigan, so I went on line for quotes. As you may know you get calls from all over and everybody. Jacob was the first to call . I told him my situation and he told me he could make it happen to get Car picked up same day or next. He made it happen the same day, he explained step by step who would be calling me and gave me even the Drivers [phone number. Stanley the Driver was so GREAT!!! he picked up the car with out me being there and we communicated by phone through the whole process. He was 2 hours early on quoted pick up time and 2 days early on drop off.. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to leaver Florida and he dropped the Car off with my College Student Daughter. Since he could not gt his Truck into the Apartment Complex. He parked down the street , unloaded Drove to her to deliver Car and she dropped him back at his Truck. He communicated with me before he got to her and he told her to make sure she called her Father. AMAZING , GREAT OUTSTANDING Job by all. The World is still good!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Guys and Gals with all my heart...my Wife's and Daughters too.
