I had first entered into a verbal agreement with another, less expensive company. They promised me the car would be picked up in 7 to 10 days but more than likely less than that. They did not deliver and I decided to contact Alex after 2 weeks had expired. Alex explained me how the industry works and how some companies over-promise in order to get the down payment and do not deliver. Alex told me she'd fix it and had my car picked up in 2 days and delivered in a day and a half! Outstanding job Alex! I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious business transaction.
