Worst shipping company I have dealt with!!!!

Let's just skip how unhelpful customer service was except for one rep that was a little more helpful and go straight to how the manager Alex called me an a**hole and said he was going to be a bigger a**hole because I wanted to know why no one from customer service called to let me know my car delivery was delayed due to the driver's truck breaking down. As a manager there is no reason why we should be on the phone yelling and swearing at eachother. He kept pointing fingers away from him and never apologized for the inconvenience. I understand things happened but if my car was supposed to leave Monday and be delivered by Thursday and you are aware that the driver wasn't going to leave until Wednesday and broke down that same day, you could have at least given me a call or an update. He then called the driver and lied and told him that I blamed the driver for everything and told the driver that I was such a rude b**ch on the phone. The driver Prostar was very helpful and awesome and I told him that he can definitely find a better company than this one. I have shipped my car 3 times already and this is by far the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
