This was my first time using this type of service. My initial communication with Joe was amazing. He was very through and followed through on his communication cadence. The pricing was also very transparent. My only issue was when I used my card to pay the remaining balance and was told by another rep that there was a surcharge to pay the remaining balance due to me paying by card. The online tracking of the vehicle from pickup to delivery was accurate and extremely important to alleviate any anxiety that I had.
