I appreciate the outstanding manner in which Ultimate Transport 123 serviced my family to transport my granddaughter’s car from an unattended storage lot in Dallas TX back to Memphis TN. I wish that I could give them 7 STARS instead of 5 for their OUTSTANDING SERVICE and willingness to give precise instructions as well as followup with us throughout their entire process. And the assigned Carrier was equally outstanding! The upfront towing amount they quoted stayed the same from the start to the vehicle delivery! I THANK GOD FOR THE HIGH CALIBER OF SERVICE THAT WAS RENDERED TO US BY BOTH THE BROKER AND THE ASSIGNED CARRIER—since this quality of service is now so hard to find.??????????????
