I am thankful for this company being able to transport my car from Austin to Dallas. I was looking for a towing company for months before I found Ultimate transport. Only problem I had was the fact that I need to pay cash to the delivery driver once the vehicle was delivered. The company explained that there would be two payments. One up front and the other once the vehicle was delivered, but didn't specify that the second would be cash to the driver. It was not a big deal, but considering I was not the one to receive the vehicle at my home it became a minor inconvenience.
