Our scheduled carrier, a broker not owning trucks, simply did not show despite booking weeks in advance. With no warning or explanation except “peak volume “.
On an experienced friend’s recommendation, we called Ultimate Transport who are prompt, inclusive, and accurate, scheduling us within a very quick time frame.
Their professionalism, kindness, and follow through are very much appreciated.
We’re definitely booking with them again.
