Dana, who set the transport up for me, was great. Answered all my questions and fast and efficient. The transport driver however, could have communicated ETAs better. I was told one time frame for pickup but the sender was told something else. Same thing for drop off. Gave one time frame and never showed and I had to call him for an update. Not great communication from the driver but that’s not ultimate’s fault. The car did arrive in one piece and undamaged so that’s good.
