Never followed through with transport

I have never transported a truck before and found this Company and at first the communications were easy by text and call. I was promised a delivery date on the weekend of 7/22 because my son is in the Marines and can only be available on the weekends. I called multiple times for verification when it got close to friday and I was told its gunna happen they are waiting on verification from driver, even on saturday I was told that. I called again on sunday and was then told they really had 10 day to get me a driver and there still is time and it would be next weekend. I then said I was canceling it and to send me email for record and they said ok BUT theres a $100 cancelation fee and they would send an email, I siad I will not authorize and fee due to contract that states if I cancel do to something out of the control of ultimate Transport a $100 fee would occur. This was in their control since they kept telling me it was going up until I called on sunday. They never called me once I called 5 times and to date No emial has been sent to me on cancelation even thou they said 2 times they emiled it to me and no fee also has shown up. I run a business and if I cant do a job I wouldn't promise it, I know they are a dispatch company giving it to subs but I will never use their services again due to this bad customer service
