After requesting online quotes from various transport companies, my e mail exploded with quotes that varied from a couple thousand dollars downs to a few hundred dollars. I had know idea how the process worked, so I just picked one. After a day or two, their quoted price rose, because no drivers would do the job for the price they quoted me. Apparently it is common for brokers to quote lower, then rise the price due to market realities.
Ultimate Transport 123 told me upfront how the process works and gave me a guaranteed price. I switch to them after the first company failure to meet their quoted price.
My cat was delivered quickly and on time.
