Had my car picked up on time and delivered on time. Price only changed due to my remote pick up location but was advised in advance and not an outrageous amount. Additional $200 only. And understandable as not a route for trucks/major destination. From west Virginia to West Texas in 2 days as they said. Drop off was smooth and no Additional cost as I've seen in other companies when dropping off vehicles. They were always upfront with cost and/or changes.
