First time using a service like this. I was very concerned due to my vehicle being brand new but the drive would call and text me updates through out the process making me super comfortable. The driver was accommodating,professional,and punctual.
I will say when you call the representatives make you feel like it’s sketchy. Just make sure you ask for the person you’re working with extension # so you speak to the same person every time.
