Transported my station wagon from PA to MD. Said it would be picked up the next day by one of their drivers. Had to wait a week for it to be delivered. Contacted the company to speak to my sales rep, but she was hard to get ahold of. Talked to another person in the company and they let me know when they would pick it up.
