Our car was picked up over a week later than we were told it would be. No one even notified us, we only found one because we called to ask the status. Once we got the car, it was covered in what we assume was motor oil. It was all over the windshield and hood. The person transporting our car told us our car must’ve leaked oil (and somehow managed to float to the top of the car ??). Not happy for the service considering how much we paid. Would not use or recommend.
