Cost about 500 dollars more than their competitors, but got the vehicle from CA to VA through ice and snow storms in 4 days. Couldn't drop at my house because of low hanging trees and icy roads but that is understandable. Driver was very courteous and actually jump started the dead battery for us. Overall I would give them a 4.5 rating with the price being the only real issue for me, but I am a cheap bastard so....
