I used this company a year ago and had a terrific experience. Thing have definitely changed. I signed a contract 16 days ago for my car to be transported from NYC to South Florida. That same morning, a driver reached out about picking my car up that afternoon (great!). I cancelled a handful of meetings at work to meet the driver. He then called a few hours later saying he couldn't meet me; "oh bro, my boss is all over me, I have to get on the road to Florida, I'll be back in a couple days and will get your car". A few days later I never heard from him, called several times. I called Ultimate Transport 123, who was also having a hard time reaching the driver. They eventually reassigned my case to a new driver, who reached out saying he was in Miami, and would be in NYC in a few days. Then he called saying his truck was broken and was running a few days behind, Then, a few days later, when I called to follow up, he informed me that he was in NYC but his truck was full and he forgot about my car. I called Ultimate Transport and cancelled the order. Now, I'm going to go track down another company and start all over. I need to go rent a car in the meantime, as I thought I would have my car in Florida 10 days ago. Several observations: - terrible customer service - if I had not aggressively followed up with 123, my case would have fallen through the cracks and never been addressed - they have no quality control on the drivers they dispatch their jobs too - they advertise as a "family run" business, which is ridiculous because I've spoken with about 6 different phone operators, none of whom seem to know the others by name Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, unless you want to spend hours on the phone and weeks without your car.
