The chain of custody was never clear. The expectations of documents was blatantly ignored and lots of my time was wasted because of the processes implemented by this company. The company at the port that handled the arrival of my vehicle even criticized the transport company and they tried to minimize the hardships Ultimate Transport caused. W/ Out the German lady that helped me, I might have never received my vehicle. No matter your response, I will never use this company again. Unless you can reimburse me at least 2-3 days of my life, don't bother. Only other option you have is to have someone who can effect change on your company to contact me!
