I want to thank you for the wonderful customer service and stress free transportation of my daughters truck. Roberta was wonderful! She was honest and always available when I had 101 questions. She was understanding with my situation and my experience with another horrible transportation company. No games with this company just honesty and transparency. I was able to ship my daughter truck from Texas to California in 1 week… and it was on time! The driver was on time for pickup and delivery. He was very professional. I felt 100 % confident with his promise on delivery. As promised he delivered! I can’t say enough about how great Ultimate Transport 123. Thank you all for making my experience with y’all great! I will definitely be contacting you if I need you in the future.
