Our experience with Ultimate Transport 123 has been incredible - from working with JT to organize the details of the vehicle delivery, to speaking with dispatch/ customer service to finalize dates for pickup, and finally to having Jon Jairo pickup the car for transport. JT was our original point of contact and he was the person that sealed the deal. He worked to ensure a great price with a military discount. He was patient in answering all our questions and concerns. He redirected to the appropriate point of contact when needed and made sure we felt secure and safe using UT123 as the company to transport our vehicle. Additionally, Jon Jairo was polite, kind, funny, detailed, careful, and all around wonderful. We are so grateful that our first experience shipping a car because of a military move ended up being such a pleasant one. We definitely recommend Ultimate Transport 123 for anyone who needs to ship their vehicle.
