I scheduled pick up of my car 1 month before car was to be delivered, sales person Kelly conformed that car would be delivered by that date with contract signed,, I did not hear from anyone for pick up and called several times before boarding my flight, finally got a hold of someone before boarding and they conformed car would be picked up and delivered on the date agreed, it, did not happen. called again after landing and now they said car would be picked up 3 days later then agreed on. I told them to forget it and had family member drive 12 hours. I had to fight with KC from this Company to get my fee back. this Company noted as " Family owned " not sure how they treat there family ? very stressful time sending daughters car for college ! run as fast as you can and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ZERO STARS !!
