Ultimate transport was ok ... compare to the other brokers out there they gave me a straight price it didn't go any higher, other shipping brokers gave me the run around they gave me a quote and up the price on me, ultimate transport didn't do that they kept their word, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because the Rep Lizzy would call me 5 times a day from different numbers wanting to ship my car, and to get me to sign the contract she said if I had any questions to feel free to call her back, well I did have some questions after I sign and she was no where to be found once I signed, I wish she didn't lie to me and telll me to reach out to her and she was avoiding my calls, but luckily ultimate transport Reps who did answer my calls where very helpful with the questions I had .. I would use ultimate transport again, but I won't deal with Lizzy again!!
