My overall experience was very good. Throughout the whole process went very smoothly - from the communications from the broker to the actual delivery of the vehicle. I worked with Joe from Ultimate Transport 123 who gave me the no nonsense picture of the process and explained to me how everything would work. He called me several times to ensure I had no questions and that I felt comfortable with everything. Joe's explanation of everything matched the actual process to a T. There were no surprises, no extra fees and the car was delivered as expected, within the timeliines I was given. Thanks Joe for helping me navigate everything and being truthful and helpful!! I signed my contract with Ultimate Transport 123 on Friday with the expected pickup date on Monday and expected delivery on Tues or Wed. The car was picked up on Monday and delivered by 8:00am Tuesday. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the communication could have been better around when things were actually happening. I was unaware that the car had been picked up, and was in transit until the driver delivered it on Tuesday morning, and needed to be paid. However, I will note that I was listed secondary point of contact on both pickup and delivery (Car was at the dealer and they were primary contact for pickup - and my mechanic was the primary contact for delivery). If I were to do this again, I would ask to be primary contact on both sides. The company who transported my vehicle was Greenlight Transport Services. Terry was very professional and as mentioned above, delivered the car within the designated time frame without any damage to the car. I would definitely do business with both Ultimate Transport 123 and Greenlight Transport Services again. They both exceeded my expectations!!
