The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was sincere and honest. After I gave the info of the vehicle, he was honest of the price and options I had. He even disclosed some negative items I had read about online. All said and done, what I was quoted, was what I exactly paid. The driver arrived to the location of the vehicle as he stated on his text to me. He was prompt and professional about loading the vehicle on his truck (I spoke to the owner of the vehicle) at the time of pickup. The driver (truck #34) stayed in communication with me thru the journey from Georgia to California via text, at least 1 text updated per day. And 2 hours before arrival, he texted me of his approximate time. 1 hr left, he texted me - he arrived in less than hour. He took meticulous care unloading the car. We agreed to his reporting and I gave him the last payment of the service. I would definitely use Ultimate Transport again and I have recommended them online already.
