To start things off the lady I spoke to in the office was extremely nice, and didn’t try to bs any answers she wasn’t sure of. If she didn’t know she got the answer prior to telling me, big bonus in my book. Then was hooked up with the driver quickly, which I was provided with the dispatcher and driver phone numbers for any questions I may have and updates along the way. Driver was right on time with the delivery, even thought driving for 2 days thru a snowstorm and delivering in the storm. He was very upset the truck being delivered was covered in snow and ice from driving down the highway, didn’t bother me non as the load showed up on time and safely. I will be using them again in the future for any transport needs and recommend anyone else doing the same. Thank you!
